CIBCA AGM 2023
We hope you can join us in person for the CIBCA AGM. Attendance is open to all current as well as prospective members. The meeting will start at 18:30 sharp in the conference room of the Embassy of Ireland.

3. Proposed Amendments to the Articles
4. Election of the New Committee
5. Any Other Business
All friends of CIBCA, past Members and paid-up Members are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting, although only paid-up Members can vote and put their names forward to serve on the Committee. Committee Nominations should be submitted by an individual at latest one week in advance of the AGM by email to the CIBCA Honorary Secretary, Marta Širůčková (marta.siruckova@enterprise-ireland.com), or by answering YES to the question on this topic when registering.
If you are not currently a Member, but would like to join, please follow this link to subscribe before the AGM, or you can do so at the event.
Members who cannot attend the AGM are invited to vote by proxy. Please complete this Power of Attorney form in advance and delivery it to your proxy, who should send a scan of the duly completed and signed form at latest 24 hours in advance of the AGM by email to the CIBCA Honorary Secretary, Marta Širůčková (marta.siruckova@enterprise-ireland.com).
Following the AGM, we shall convene for some light refreshment at a local hostelry.
