Business Event: Investing in Real-Estate hosted by CBRE

We invite all CIBCA Members and Friends to join us for an evening with Peter Wojtusiak MBA, Associate Director, Investment Properties, CBRE to learn about and discuss real-estate investment opportunities in the Czech Republic.

Peter will be informing us on the commercial investment market, how it looks today, how CBRE see the future and specific opportunities for those interested.

Peter joined CBRE in 2016 as an Associate Director in the Czech Investment Properties team. Prior to joining CBRE he held the position of Director at Chapman Taylor for more than 7 years. During his career Peter has gained specialist experience in retail, office, industrial and residential sectors, and his skills and knowledge cover the entire life cycle of real estate projects with a specific expertise in feasibility studies and concept design, project planning and strategy as well as design management, through to investment strategy and divestment advisory. Peter was educated in Urban Geography and Architecture at two leading Australian universities and holds a Graduate Diploma in Project Management as well as an MBA from University College of Estate Management in Reading, UK.

During his time at CBRE Peter has been responsible for overseeing and developing key client relationships and business development of the investment properties department of the Czech office. Peter has been responsible for numerous investment transactions with a total volume of over EUR 600 million across the office, retail and industrial sectors. Peter has nearly 20 years professional experience having developed his career in Australia, UK, Ireland, as well as more than 15 years in Central Europe.

Peter is an Australian national. In addition to his native English he also speaks Czech.
