Join this CIBCA event and learn the basics of how to taste wine.
You will taste four wines, learn to recognize their aromas and appreciate texture and flavour.
We will also discuss how to pair wines with different kinds of food and common mistakes in food and wine combinations.
You will learn how to store, open and serve a wine properly and when to decant it.
You can buy or order the wines tasted at the end of the event.
This event is open to members and non-members.
