About The Event
Join the Czech-Irish community in celebration of the Summer Solstice with an open-air picnic and BBQ in Ladronka Park grill area. Surrounding facilities offer a restaurant, bistro with drinks, ice-creams and small snacks, restrooms, playground and trampoline park. Fellow revellers will be responsible for bringing their own food and drinks. We do have our own grill to use.
Nearest bus stop is Štefkova, paid on-street parking available all around the park.

The major Celtic holidays of the year, also known as ‘cross-quarter festivals’ were Imbolc (Feb 1), Bealtaine (May 1), Lughnasadh (August 1) and Samhain (November 1).
