Fri 26th June saw CIBCA’s Annual Golf Day take place at Prague City Golf Club Zbraslav. In scorching hot weather and a great course in great condition it was a good day out for all 17 players. A lack of buggies meant the conditions proved too arduous for two of us but the participation continues to grow. Sandwiches, drinks and bananas were provided on the first tee with the first group getting underway at 12:00pm. Challenging conditions saw the top prize taken by Rolf-Jan Z

In sunshine (following a somewhat rainy start to the day) on Saturday June 13, 2026, CIBCA held its Summer Solstice Barbeque at the grill area in Ladronka. I left Ballyheigue when I was in my early 20’s. I went off to Scotland for a couple of years to study and then I moved to Prague. I go back home about once a year.
