Dear CIBCA community,
in the name of my school, ZŠ Santoška, I would like to thank you again for the sponsorship of our Ukrainian refugees. Since March, we have accepted more than 60 Ukrainian students into our school, which makes us one of the school with the most Ukrainian refugee students in the Czech Republic. Also thanks to your support they found safe environment in our school, were able to integrate into the school life and join our students in most of the school activities. The school could provide them with all the necessary textbooks and worksbooks, lunch grants and funded their school trips and excursions. Also, thanks to your financial donation, we have immediate funds ready for September, when we expect about 80% of the refugees to start in the new school year, who undoubtedly will need our continuous support.
I would like to share with you some photos from the May/June school excursions, where Ukraininan students could join thanks to your donation, and also I am sending you a link with a Thank you note that we published on our school website and Facebook. Should you require, I have also a detailed list of the lunch grants paid out by our school canteen.
