at the CIBCA AGM

CIBCA's Annual General Meeting was held on May 20, 2026 in accordance with the guidelines in the Articles of Association.

A summary of the materials presented to the meeting is available below.

A quorum was achieved, the Meeting approved the Finances, and elected a new Committee to stand for the coming 12 months. There was an excess of candidates for the formally indicated 5 Committee seats, and following the voting, the AGM approved co-opting unelected candidates onto the Committe. The new Committee accordingly has 7 members as below -

• James Porter

• John McCollum

• Martina Price

• Tereza Macoszek Jindrová

During the first meeting of the new Committee, roles were agreed and assigned as follow - a. President – James Porter*

b. Vice-President - Martina Price*

c. Honorary Secretary – Tereza Macoszek Jindrová*

d. Treasurer – John McCollum*

e. Member – Darragh Price*

f. Co-opted Member - Garret Byrne

g. Co-opted Member - Gerald Murray

We thank retiring Committee Member Marta Širůčková for her work on the Committee over the past few years, and wish the new Committee every success in its endeavours.
