The Czech-Irish Business (& Cultural) Association was founded in 1995, and over the years has hosted hundreds of events. Above and beyond the business, family, sports and cultural get together's, what brings us most joy, is the ability to make meaningful contributions to charities and "good causes" with the proceeds of moneys raised from our Members at our events. If you are reading this (you know who you are!), we wish to thank you for making this possible.
The CIBCA Committee has decided to make the following donations this year:
30,000 Kc for ACCORUS (link)
30,000 Kc for Prague Hibernians (link)
15,000 Kc for the Irish dancing group that performed at our 2018 St. Patrick’s Day gala dinner (they received no payment on the day)
5,000 Kc for NAUTIS (who are bringing three Irish experts on autism to the Czech Rep. for an international conference) (link)
