We’re delighted to welcome Simply Dance – The School of Irish Dancing as the newest affiliate member of CIBCA!

Based in Prague and led by the passionate and accomplished Tereza Zemanová, TCRG, Simply Dance brings the joy, energy, and discipline of Irish dancing to students of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced dancer, the school offers high-quality training focused not only on technique but also on personal growth, teamwork, and resilience. Their motto is simple: if you love movement, music, and pushing your limits – you’re welcome here.

What sets Simply Dance apart is their dedication to excellence. The school is officially registered with CLRG (An Coimisiún Le Rincí Gaelacha), the world’s leading Irish dance organisation, and RCCEA (Regional Council of Continental Europe and Asia). Their dancers regularly compete in international feiseanna (Irish dance competitions) across Europe, gaining both experience and recognition on a global stage.

The founder, Tereza Zemanová, brings a unique and inspiring story. Originally trained in disco dancing, she discovered Irish dance in 2001 and never looked back. Since then, she has devoted herself to the art and culture of Irish dance, continually learning and developing her skills under both Czech and international teachers. In 2017, she earned her TCRG certification from CLRG, becoming a fully qualified Irish dance teacher.

Tereza’s holistic approach to movement – influenced by her education at the Czech Academy of Physical Education and Sport – ensures that her students not only dance beautifully but train with a strong foundation in physical wellbeing. She is known for her energy, her eye for choreography, and her unwavering commitment to her students’ progress.
