St. Patrick's Day Parade 2026

CICBA is delighted to announce that this year's Parade for St. Patrick's Day will be bigger and better than ever. It will start on Václavské náměstí at the junction with Jindřišská at 14:30 on Sunday March 15 [precisely here in fact]. Look out for large inflatable figures and Parade Stewards wearing hi-viz vests branded with the CIBCA logo and you'll know you're in the right place.

Look out for this guy - should be fairly easy to spot in a crowd...

Thanks to the generosity of our Parade Sponsors - The Irish Times Bar Prague and Guinness, we are able to put on an after-party, which will take place on a specially erected stage at Náměstí Republiky immediately after the parade. The show will begin there at about 15:00, and will feature piper Chip Doehring, 98FM DJs Rebecca and Brendan (who are flying specially to Prague to act as our Grand Marshalls) Foggy Dude, TJ Academy of Irish Dance, The Community Pop Choir, Coiscéim, Rinceoirí and will culminate in a concert by the wonderful Isara at 18:00.

If you wish to get involved, by volunteering to be a Steward, or to participate as a group, it is not too late, just get in touch with us by email. Otherwise the Parade is of course open to all, and we'd love to see you there!
